Where a Communications Provider (CP) has opted into the
Managed End User Re-Appointment Service (MEURAS), a charge will be raised for
each successful contact made with their End User (EU). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
A successful transaction includes up to and including
three contact attempts by Openreach on behalf of the CP, as well as a message
being left for the EU to contact Openreach. Charging will be calculated in
accordance with details recorded by, or on behalf of, Openreach. |
